YOUTH LEADERSHIP
& SERVICE
Mission: The Kettering
Youth Council creates a supportive atmosphere where students
can identify their needs, and around those needs provide
service and social opportunities for youth that are both
positive and rewarding to the community.
Role:
Youth based branch of Partners for Healthy Youth who want
to make things happen for the youth of our community.
KYC meets on a project based schedule to discuss issues,
plan events and projects that will get people involved
in Kettering. The Kettering Youth Leadership Academy and
other Partners initiatives all work in tandem to help
Kettering residents and to make service a learning experience
for all.
